You are invited to join us each week for an hour of respite and self-care. This semi-structured support group is designed for those who care for a loved one with a life-limiting illness. Our specially-trained volunteers will guide participants through discussion and self-espression, through talk and assorted hands-on activities.
Professional speakers will join us once each month to address supportive topics such as: getting legal affairs in order; reducing stress; decision-making; funeral planning; preparing advance directives; and finding peaceful moments.
