Grief is isolating and distancing and creates and unknown feeling of ‘where to go from here’. For many men silent anger, silent mourning, silent pain, and silent guilt represent silent grief. Group participants will be in the company of other men who have experienced a similar loss.
This group helps to establish a connection with others who are coping with the same types of reactions such as anger, guilt, confusion and fears. Group participants will have an opportunity to give expression to their grief and find a way to get through each day.
Please join us for this four-week grief support series beginning Tuesday, January 24 at 4:00 pm. (Jan. 31, Feb. 7 and Feb 14) This program is available to all men within the community who are mourning the loss of a spouse. Registration is requested; please call 231.728.3442 or 800.497.9559 or email info@HarborHospiceMI.org.
Harbor Hospice is located at 1050 W. Western Ave., Stuite 400 in Muskegon.
