Volunteer Orientation and Training

Volunteers are the backbone of Harbor Hospice and there are many different types of volunteer service that are available. The orientation and training for volunteers is a one-day session. During this time volunteers will learn more about the operations of Harbor Hospice and explore what it means to be a volunteer for this agency.
Prior to attending the training, prospective volunteers are asked to watch a set of Training DVDs, which takes approximately six hours.
