2 Coping with Loss
Time: 2 - 3:00 PM Location: Hart Area Public Library, 415 S. State Street in Hart
Coping with Loss is a monthly support series for adults who are grieving the loss of a loved one.  Each session will focus on different aspects of the grieving process as well as developing personal support systems.  This series is offered in the Hart Area Public Library on the second Tuesday of every month in the afternoon from 2:00 - 3:00 pm.

The topic for this meeting will be Guilt, Anger, Forgiveness and Loneliness:

  • Circumstances of death
  • Goal and objectives to assist in self-forgiveness
  • Ways to combat loneliness (getting out of your comfort zone)

This series will be facilitated by Grief Counselor, Michelle Ganss, LLMSW.  Registration is not required as this is a drop-in support group.  This series is free and open to the public; your loved one need not have been cared for by Harbor Hospice.  Please feel free to call Harbor Hospice Grief Support Services at 231.873.0359 or email info@HarborHospiceMI.org with questions.
