Many of us have two families, the one we go home to every night and the one we worship with each week. Harbor Hospice has a faith-based program for trained volunteers who are interested in being of service to the members of their faith family.
The Harbor Hospice Watchman looks after the end of life concerns of the congregation and the community. The Watchman is present to those facing a terminal illness and the members of their family. They are a listening ear, a compassionate heart and a source of wisdom and counsel. The Watchman assists the pastor in the church\'s ministry to the dying and works with Harbor Hospice to arrange for the appropriate services.
