Living Beyond Loss

Healing from the loss of a loved one is a difficult process.  Our society tells us to ‘just get over it‘ and to ‘get on with our lives‘.  But how can we, when we hurt so much.

Although there is no magic formula for making grief go away, help is available.  Living Beyond Loss is a four-week educational support group that focuses on how we can help ourselves heal in healthy ways.  The next Living Beyond Loss begins Tuesday, September 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.  This group is free and open to the public.  You need not have had a loved one in our care to participate.
